Applicant Requirements:

Innovative Talents Program: Ph.D. holders in senior positions such as Professor, Associate Professor, Senior Researcher etc, age below 70 years old.

Young Talents Program: Ph.D. holders below 40 years old in natural sciences, engineering, or related fields.
